Travelers get rid of the bustling city and experience a thrilling cable car ride which covers 2.5kilometers spending around 12 minutes in it. As cable car passes above the green forests, boulders nothing will be more scenic than it.
Among other Chandragiri hill carries historical and religious importance as well. The Bhaleshowar Mahadev Temple, a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva situates at a hilltop. People believe that once King Prithivi Narayan Shah worshipped in this temple before conquering the valley during his unification campaign. Moreover, Chandragiri is that place from where Prithivi Narayan Shah trapped the first sight of scenic and prosperous Kathmandu valley.
The journey will begin from your hotel traversing to the base of Chandragiri hill. Continuing the journey via cable car, you will ascend to the hill. After some refreshments, visiting the temples and monuments you will have lunch in one of the cafeterias, restaurants or hotels there.
Exploring the nature culture and history, you will descend using a cable car again before driving back to your hotel.

You will be picked up from the hotel and drive to the cable car station which approximately takes 45 minutes from Thamel. You will be provided a guide who will hire a ticket for a cable car. Then you will be in a scenic cable car after a short queue.
Spending around 12 minutes you will land at the hilltop of Chandragiri Hill. Once reaching the top, you will visit the garden, temples witnessing the picturesque mountain views.
With the breathtaking views of Katmandu valley, green forests, and awe-inspiring glimpses of Ganesh Himal, Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Langtang, Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Dorge Lakpa, and Mt. Everest (in the clear weather), you will have lunch in one of the cafeterias therearound.
Having a deep insight into historical and religious monuments, you descend back to the base via cable car ride. The vehicle drives you back to the hotel.
