Dedicated to the conservation and protection of Khumbu Region’s fragile mountain ecosystem; Sagarmatha National Park is a natural UNESCO world heritage site since 1979 A.D. we’ll then traverse Jhorsalle village and a few suspension bridges to initiate a final but steep ascent to Namche Bazaar.

About halfway up the slope, there is a spot with the remains of a long inoperative teahouse beside the trail that bestows some initial glimpse of Mt. Everest (8,848m) tugged in between Mt. Lhotse (8,516m) and Mt. Nuptse (7,861m) if the weather is clear.

If you are short on pieces of equipment then you can buy or rent the second-hand equipment left over from previous summit expeditions. But keep in mind that, the price of commodities is high in higher altitudes. After exploring the village; we’ll proceed ahead for a short hike to the pristine village of Khumjung (3,790m). The pathway navigates across the mountainous countryside unveils the splendor of the upper valley.

Not only the Mt. Everest reveals itself from Nuptse-Lhotse Ridge but even better, we can gaze at the graceful Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812m) and its neighboring peaks such as Khumbila (5,761m), Nupla (5,885m), and Kusum Kanguru (6,367m).
