One of the shortest destinations from Kathmandu- Hiking to Jamacho Hill is a less crowded jungle walk inside the National Park. Walking via the bushes, you can see the wildlife, natural beauty, views of the mesmerizing mountains, different kinds of birds breathing the fresh air.
Elevating at 2130m above sea level, Jamacho hill is a Buddhist shrine. You can see a stupa, a small monastery there. Capturing there around, having the picturesque views of the hills, lush valley, and snow-clad peaks, you hike back following the same route. As you hike downward, you can reach the bottom within 2 hours. Catching the car from the gate, we get back to your hotel.

You need not do any extra exercises and preparations before this trek. Travelers having moderate physical fitness can complete this journey easily.
As you are hiking inside the National Park, some instruments are not allowed to take on the trip. You cannot carry speakers, knives, matchboxes, lighters, or any kinds of instruments that produce fire. You are not allowed to make noise or disturb the inhabitants there. But you can carry the packed lunch, water, and other soft drinks easily.
Note: As there are no teahouses or lunch places on the way, hikers should bring water, drinks, and some packed food from Kathmandu. At the top, you can buy some drinks and junk food but they are many expensive ones.

8:30: Phulbari Gate and Start the Hike
11:00: Jamacho Peak
11:00-12:00: Explore around and Sightsee the Himalayas, landscapes, and valley
12:00: Start downward Hike
1:00: Back to Phulbari Gate
2:00-2:30: Drive back to your hotel
