Keeping the Covid-19 pandemic apart, me and my friends explored UNESCO listed World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu. Beginning the journey from Swyambhunath( popular as a monkey temple), we visited Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath and Bodhanath. Our tour leader-Parshu organized everything perfectly. Picking up from our hotel at 8 am after our delicious breakfast, took us different religious and cultural monuments. Some of them are centuries old and are preserved well. We could witness the lifestyles, social structure, behavior, traditions, religions and beliefs of Nepal and Nepalese people within a single day.
